Service & Maintenance

Service & Maintenance Programs Built to Keep You Running — Not Catch Up When You Fail

Your spray booth is a production asset — not something you wait to fix when it breaks.

Unplanned downtime, poor airflow, and non-compliance don’t happen overnight. They are the result of poor or inconsistent maintenance.

At CMC International, we don’t offer reactive servicing. We deliver structured service and maintenance programs designed to keep your operation performing properly — every day.

Service Is Not Optional — It’s Operational Protection

Most operators underestimate the cost of poor maintenance until it impacts the business:

  • Production stops
  • Jobs are delayed
  • Finish quality drops
  • Energy costs increase
  • Compliance becomes a risk

By the time these issues show up, you are already behind.

Our Approach

Preventative Maintenance Scheduling

Regular servicing aligned with your usage — not guesswork — to reduce breakdowns and maintain consistent performance.

Performance Testing & Reporting

Measured airflow testing, system checks, and reporting to ensure your booth is operating as it should.

Priority Breakdown Support

Service contract clients receive priority response when issues arise — not pushed to the back of the queue.

Filtration & Consumables Management

Correct filtration is critical to performance.

Using incorrect or low-grade filter media leads to restricted airflow, higher energy consumption, and poor finish quality.

We supply system-matched filter media and ensure it is replaced at the correct intervals — maintaining performance and protecting your operation.

Filter media can be supplied as part of a service program or as a standalone purchase.

System Optimisation

Ongoing adjustments and improvements to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs, and extend equipment life.

For New Equipment Buyers

If you are investing in a new spray booth or preparation bay, a structured maintenance program is not an add-on — it is part of protecting that investment.

We integrate service planning from day one to ensure:

  • consistent performance
  • reduced lifecycle costs
  • long-term reliability

Why Operators Move to Structured Service Programs

Reactive servicing:

  • costs more over time
  • creates downtime risk
  • delivers inconsistent results

A structured service program gives you:

  • predictable maintenance
  • priority support
  • controlled operating costs
  • confidence in daily performance

  • Specialists in high-performance European spray booth systems
  • In-house technicians — not outsourced labour
  • Proven experience across high-demand automotive and industrial environments
  • Structured approach focused on performance, not just repairs

Filter Media Supply

Correct filtration is critical to spray booth performance.

Using the wrong filter media — or replacing it too late — leads to restricted airflow, reduced finish quality, higher energy consumption, and unnecessary strain on your equipment.

CMC International supplies high-quality, system-matched filter media to ensure your spray booth operates at peak efficiency.

Ceiling Filters

Ceiling filters capture fine dust particles before they enter the spray area, ensuring clean, evenly distributed airflow throughout the booth.

This is essential for maintaining finish quality and overall system performance.

Sizes Available:

  • 2000mm W × 20m L
  • 1700mm W × 20m L
  • 1600mm W × 20m L
  • 1500mm W × 20m L
  • Cut to size available

Recommended Replacement:
Every 1,000 working hours

Pre Filters

Pre filters capture larger airborne particles before they reach the ceiling filters, preventing premature blockage and extending the life of your primary filtration system.

Sizes Available:

  • 2000mm W × 20m L
  • Cut to size available

Recommended Replacement:
Every 200 working hours

Exhaust (Floor) Filters

Exhaust filters capture paint overspray and particles, ensuring clean air discharge and preventing build-up within the system.

Proper maintenance helps avoid airflow restriction and reduces the risk of pressure build-up inside the booth.

Sizes Available:

  • 750mm W × 30m L
  • 610mm W × 20m L

Recommended Replacement:
Every 100 working hours

Supply Options

Filter media can be:

  • Supplied as part of your service and maintenance program
  • Purchased as required
  • Cut to size to suit your specific system
